Tynishia draws inspiration from their lived experiences as an adoptee, autistic, queer Black person, and someone who has spent much of her life navigating spaces where belonging wasn’t always guaranteed. Their creative practice reflects this journey and includes doodling, photography, and making chapsticks and body butters. By day, Tynishia is a racial equity consultant, facilitator, and Operations Manager at Hackman Consulting Group, where she uses their creativity and design-thinking skills to help organizations build inclusive and equitable spaces. When Tynishia isn’t working or creating, she loves spending time with their wife and their two beloved pups, Elmo and Rosie, or traveling to warm destinations.
