Previously known as Black Girls Matter Mentorship, Kindred Healing is a wellness affinity program for Black girls and gender expansive youth. Together, we ignite new and renewed ways of connection, being, culture, joy, and wellness. This year, we are offering an 8-week cohort, weekly on Fridays in the winter of 2025.

Kindred Healing is a space to discuss Black identities and experiences, normalize conversations around mental health, self-care, emotions, and boundaries, as well as create community support and healing. This group will incorporate both conversation space as well as opportunities to integrate the body into healing practices.

Free to attend and open to Black identifying young women, trans, non-binary, and gender expansive youth ages 13-19 in the Greater Seattle Area.
