Young Women Empowered (Y-WE) delivers creative, innovative and transformative empowerment programs for diverse young women and gender expansive youth in the greater Seattle region. We envision a society rooted in social justice, where all young people live their truth, achieve their dreams, and change our world.

Y-WE Grow Facilitator – The Y-WE Grow Facilitator is committed to supporting the Vision, Mission, Values
and commitment in creating a safe place for Y-WE participants to be themselves as we collectively learn,
grow, and thrive in community. They are responsible for designing curriculum, and facilitating the Spring
and Summer Grow programs including the summer internship which includes supporting Y-WE interns to
facilitate an overnight camp at Ayeko Farm.
Program Wellness and Mental Health Contractor – The Program Wellness and Mental Health Contractor role is responsible for attending daily programs to build strong relationships with youth, foster a supportive and inclusive environment, and provide essential mental health support.
Community Wellness and Mental Health Contractor – The Community Wellness and Mental Health Contractor role is responsible for providing holistic support to our youth and their families. In this vital role, you will offer comprehensive
case management, guiding families in navigating and accessing a broad spectrum of resources and services to meet their needs.
Digital Communication Specialist is responsible for enhancing engagement with our key audiences: primarily BIPOC youth and their parents but also funders, mentors, and partners on social media, website and other digital platforms.
