Young Women Empowered (Y-WE) delivers creative, innovative and transformative empowerment programs for diverse young women and gender expansive youth in the greater Seattle region. We envision a society rooted in social justice, where all young people live their truth, achieve their dreams, and change our world.

Y-WE Grow Facilitator is committed to supporting the Vision, Mission, Values and commitment in creating a safe place for Y-WE participants to be themselves as we collectively learn, grow, and thrive in community. They are responsible for designing curriculum, and facilitating the Summer Grow Internship as well as the Summer Grow Camp (overnight, 2 nights).
