Anusha is a General Manager in Microsoft bringing over two decades of proven expertise as a collaborative leader, catalyst for change and visionary problem-solver. With strong background in Strategy Development, Product Management, Change Management, and Organizational Development, Anusha excels in steering initiatives toward success. As an immigrant who carved a path in the tech world, Anusha’s unwavering passion lies in advancing women in STEAM fields, fostering inclusivity and empowerment both at work and in the community. Her people centric approach creates inclusive environments that fosters purposeful conversations yielding tangible outcomes. Anusha was introduced to Y-WE in 2016 during their annual fund raiser. Seeing the youth share their lived experiences had a deep impact on Anusha and she became an ardent supporter of Y-WE serving as a mentor and supporting Y-WE events such as STEAM day, Career day, and annual fundraisers for over 7 years.
