Jaydalen began her journey in Y-WE as a youth participant (in 2018) with the Nature Connections program. She has been a long-time youth participant in many programs and is now a Y-WE alumn working as The Grow Program Assistant. While participating in Grow as a youth participant (2019-2022), Jaydalen found her calling in how she wants to help others find a sense of deep connection with themselves, and with the community by connecting with nature.
Besides her immense love and gratitude for the Y-WE community, Jaydalen loves spending quality time with her loved ones, going on walks in nature, strength training, practicing mindfulness– through different modalities such as yoga and meditation, and singing and playing music on her ukulele.
