Logan Niles, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, is a classically trained chef with over 38 years in the food industry. Chef Logan spent her early years working as a Pastry Chef, Private Chef, and Special Event Chef for some of New York’s top catering companies, wealthy families, and at her own company Blue Nile Catering. Chef Logan has called Seattle home for almost 15 years as a culinary consultant at Blue Nile Consulting and the founder of Pot Pie Factory. Chef Logan is looking forward to bringing back Pot Pie Factory in 2025.
