Titi Denloye she/her


Titi Denloye, Ph.D. is a Program Manager at the Allen Institute where she manages internal and external initiatives that promote innovation and partnerships across and beyond the Allen Institute. Previously, she worked at the Technology alliance where in her capacity as the lead program manager, secured a $1.3 million federal grant, the first for the organization. Before entering the non-profit sector, her career in academia focused on diversifying research education as a STEM lecturer at Virginia State University and at Baylor College of Medicine Graduate School for Biomedical Sciences, where she managed three federally funded programs geared toward increasing underrepresented students in biomedical research at the undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, and graduate levels. In addition, she founded Temple College, a preparatory school in Lagos Nigeria, where she served as the Head of School for 2 years prior to moving back to the United States. 

Titi earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech and is an alum of Leadership Tomorrow Flagship Program, Class of ‘24, where she discovered Y-WE during a board recruiting event. A new transplant to the Pacific Northwest, she enjoys the cool sweater weather, beautiful summers and the bold landscape the region offers.
