Tynishia (she/they) is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with a passion for fostering equity and inclusion within organizational settings. Tynishia currently serves as the Operations Manager and Lead Co-Trainer with Hackman Consulting Group, a consulting firm engaged in supporting deep equity and social justice work within various organizational contexts. They are committed to leveraging their expertise and lived experience as an autistic and queer Black person to create inclusive environments where everyone feels valued, heard, and seen. She has been a part of Y-WE for the last 7 years; serving the organization in whatever ways she can. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their wife and two pups, Elmo and Rosie, and travelling to warm destinations.
