Love and light, family! My name is Nakema and I am a native of the Duwamish Land. I have had the blessing to work with many community organizations and youth groups such as Rainier Beach Action Coalition, Hosted Othello, My Sister’s Keeper and Art of Resistance and Resilience. Some of my art you can find around the city but most of my best kept secrets are at home. I am excited to share some of my gifts and space with Y-WE to see what we can come up with as a community.
