Shanell is a charismatic and change provoking leader who brings to bear her skill sets to drive change in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She’s worked with and within organizations such as Amazon, Microsoft, The Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and The U.S. Department of Education. She is best known for her ability to communicate, orchestrate and transform any space that she touches. With a passion for diving deep and supporting her community Shanell Powell, started Destiny’s Foundation which provides Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) with the tools they need in the areas of coaching, consulting and shaping their own destiny centered in technological advancement.
